Arsenic II

We had another rehearsal last night. I thought that what I saw of it went well. Of course, I only saw the first two-thirds of Act I.

There are still some players who are struggling with lines. But, it's coming. I keep getting wrong cues or no cues, and that throws me off a bit.

I wore my costume for the first time. It worked OK. Paul wanted me to wear a bow-tie. I put one on and my chin beard hit it. Paul said, "Wear a long tie."

I also don't own any lace-up shoes. Well, actually I have one pair of low boots that I can wear in snow that's not too deep, but they wouldn't have been right for the shoe. Karen found me a pair of size 10 wingtips that will work OK, but they're a bitch to put on and lace-up.

Eight more rehearsals before we open. I think we're in great shape.
